THE POWER PLATE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT EXERCISE EQUIPMENT MACHINE EVER INVENTED!  It alone will help enhance performance and prolong your athletic career, your value of life, back and whole body tightness and will decrease pain even chronic.  It increases strength, balance, core strength, bone density, flexibility, metabolism, endurance, blood flow, and decrease muscular pain.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE!

 

PreHab is used at Reavy Fitness.  This refers to the use of exercises and stretches specifically designed as a way to strengthen and create flexibility in a weak, tight or problematic muscleskeletal area.  These are used to decrease pain, prevent any further injury and increase range of motion.

 

At Reavy Fitness specializes in both one-on-one and group fitness programs. Our expert Power Plate and personal training certified trainers will design a fitness routine specifically catered to your needs and goals.  Regardless of whether you're a complete beginner, elderly, athlete or are training for a marathon, our personal trainers can customize the perfect routine for you to maximize your complete workout.

ALL POST RE-HAB, PRE-HAB AND PREVENTION OF INJURY SESSIONS ARE $150 PER SESSION

 

 Group Personal Training with the Power Plate

 Current Group Personal Training Class Space Availibility : 

  • Tuesday at 8:30 am
  • Thursday at 8:30 am
  • Saturday at 10:00am  
  • Monday and Wednesday evenings - TBA
  • Tuesday and Thursday evenings - TBA

Features of the course:

  • Based on availability of client and trainer
  • Contact trainer to set classes
  • Three people are needed to confirm the class
  • Client's can make their own class with their friends and/or family 
  • Classes are on hour in length 
  • We focus on whole body workouts that include strength, lean muscle, increase of metabolism, fat and calorie burning, bone density and balance exercises. 

 

GROUP TRAINING (3-5) - $30 PER PERSON

GROUP TRAINING (6-9) - $25 PER PERSON

GROUP TRAINING (10-12) - $20 PER PERSON

GROUP TRAINING (13 OR MORE) - $15 PER PERSON

 

(FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY - $200 MONTHLY UNLIMITED PRE-PAID GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS. MUST BE PAID AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH.  TIMES OF GROUP CLASSES MAY VARY WEEKLY. NO MORE THAN 3 CLASSES PER WEEK. CHECK WEBSITE AT FOR WEEKLY UPDATES ON CLASS SCHEDULE POSTED ON REAVYFITNESS.COM)
