Kasia is a certified power Pilates instructor and a personal trainer. She is passionate about Pilates and fitness. She shares her love of Pilates with others who aspire to become a better, stronger version of themselves. 

Kasia loves to introduce her clients to Pilates. Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It helps improve posture, focuses on alignment, endurance and flexibility. It is also proven to improve balance and core strength. 

Kasia has experience working with a wide variety of clients with different fitness goals. She is friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. 

Kasia offers private reformer sessions which are 55 min long. It’s a full body workout concentrating on every muscle group and mind body connection.
