Our Current Personal Training Schedule

PreHab is used at Reavy Fitness.  This refers to the use of exercises and stretches specifically designed as a way to strengthen and create flexibility in a weak, tight or problematic muscleskeletal area.  These are used to decrease pain, prevent any further injury and increase range of motion.

 

The Power Plate is highly recommended to your workout routine. It increases strength, balance, core strength, bone density, flexibility, metabolism, endurance, blood flow, and decrease muscular pain. 

 

Reavy Fitness specializes in friendly, professional personal training. Our trainers are fully certified and update their certification on a regular basis. They can help you get started, break through to the next level or simply assist you in maintaining your current routine. All with a friendly, personal touch you won't find anywhere else.

ALL POST RE-HAB, PREVENTION OF INJURY AND PRE-HAB SESSIONS ARE $150 PER SESSION

 

Group and Personal Training

 

Current Group Personal Training Class Space Availibility

           

          Tuesday at 8:30 am

          Thursday at 8:30 am

          Saturday at 10:00 am  

  • Mondays and Wednesdays evenings - TBA
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings - TBA
  • CLIENTS CAN MAKE THEIR OWN GROUP CLASS WITH FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS
  • Classes are based on availability of the client and the trainer
  • Contact trainer to set up classes
  • Three people are needed to confirm the class
  • Classes are on hour in length 
  • We focus on whole body workouts that include strength, lean muscle, increase of metabolism, fat and calorie burning, bone density and balance exercises. 
  • Requirements:

    MONTHLY UNLIMITED PRE-PAID GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS - $200 

    (NEW CLIENTS ONLY. MONTHLY UNLIMITED PRE-PAID GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS MUST BE PAID AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH.  TIMES OF GROUP CLASSES MAY VARY WEEKLY. NO MORE THAN 3 CLASSES PER WEEK. CHECK WEBSITE AT FOR WEEKLY UPDATES ON CLASS SCHEDULE POSTED ON REAVYFITNESS.COM)

  • GROUP TRAINING (3-5) - $35 PER PERSON

  • GROUP TRAINING (6-9) - $30 PER PERSON

    GROUP TRAINING (10-12) - $25 PER PERSON

    GROUP TRAINING (13 OR MORE) - $20 PER PERSON
