The strength training and the Power Plate are both highly recommended to your workout routine if you are trying to improve your balance, bone density and posture.  The Power Plate increases strength, balance, core strength, bone density, flexibility, metabolism, endurance, blood flow, and decrease muscular pain.  

 

PreHab is used at Reavy Fitness and the Power Plate is the machine that helps enhance the benefits of PreHab.  This refers to the use of exercises and stretches specifically designed as a way to strengthen and create flexibility in a weak, tight or problematic muscleskeletal area.  These are used to decrease pain, prevent any further injury and increase range of motion.
